Recover Account does not work
I lost my password to the http://ask.sagemath.org site, tried to reset it by typing in my email address and clicking on "Recover Account", but got an error saying Gateway timed out. Tries several times and a few weeks apart, still the same error. Could someone please look into it?
Hi, thanks for reaching out. If your Ask Sage account was using Google sign-in, it's possible no password had been set at all. Did you try signing in using Google sign-in? What browser were you using? There seems to be problems with Google sign-in to Ask Sage using Safari, but in Firefox it works well.
