Hi All,
I understand that many download mirrors of SageMath for Windows are inactive, they are stuck at SageMath 9.2, no trace of SageMath 9.3 for Windows or SageMath 9.4 for windows. What is the most reliable and active site to download the latest version of SageMath for Windows?

There has not been a release of the Sage-Windows installer for SageMath 9.4 yet.
The one for SageMath 9.3 and the initial one for SageMath 9.2 have problems on some computers; if you experience such problems, use "SageMath 9.2 (Windows installer 0.6.2)".
I produced a test version of a Sage-Windows installer for SageMath 9.4. Email me if you want to beta-test it.

Hi Henri, unfortunately my test version did not work, and the effort to produce a cygwin-based Sage-Windows has been discontinued. The recoommended option for Windows users is now to install the Windows Subsystem for Linux. See the installation guide at https://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/installation/.
