what happened on ask.sagemath.org ?

The website https://ask.sagemath.org/ is currently hosted in the computer science lab of the university Paris north (a.k.a. Paris 13). There is currently an issue with the air conditioning / electricity of the server room, so that when it breaks, the temperature increases despite the emergency air conditioning. This is why the system administrators had to cut some machines. The issue is not fixed yet, and i will see if it is possible to deploy a mechanism to switch between servers when that appears.
