This post mainly serves as a test to see if everything is OK with the migration.

During the week-end, ask.sagemath.org moved from Ohio State University to Sorbonne Paris North University.

Thanks a lot to the people working at the math department of O.S.U. for providing the infrastructure to host ask.sagemath.org during the past 6 years !

There is still some remaining work to complete the migration, like:

  • allow the server to send email (useful for password recovery) (done thanks to this reminder)
  • connect backup servers to the new home (now we are safe)
  • migrate to more recent askbot versions
  • etc.

Yesterday, I have seen a rendering-related issue in the subject line of the question https://ask.sagemath.org/question/559.... I think the LaTeX rendering was a general issue then.

Some dates (e.g. on the front page) display as 0 years ago, which is accurate but not very precise.

@rburing it is due to some timeago stuff in https://ask.sagemath.org/m/CACHE/js/3... which seems related to the following recent commits about timeago :

If somone has a fix, i could change it somehow (and report upstream).
