I somehow set display as something so that %display latex no longer works even after restarting the kernel, and Nothing shows up, so I have to use %display plain. I set display to SVG in a submenu thinking I could then export the image but can't set it back since the menu isn't available with a empty result. Can someone tell me what I mis-set and how to reset it? Thanks.

In order to do that, you should let us know what you did set. Post code...

If I knew that I would have fixed it. All I recall is that after I set %display latex, I right clicked and there was a submenu allowing you to do svg. I clicked that thinking I could export an image of the result. But all I got was zero results, even for posting a simple integer. And for some reason it won't reset even after restarting Sagemath. The real problem is after the reset I can no longer get that submenu to appear so I can get rid of the SVG option.

Alas, that didn't work. Neither did rebooting or deleting .sage and .ipython in my home directory. This thing is Really stubborn. And the betas don't seem to be available in the Windows versions.

Could you please upload the ipynb file somewhere so that we could understand what is happening ?
