Is there a version available for 32 bit systems (Windows)

I have an older computer that is 32 bit but it is stable and works well. Can I use Sage on it?

I don't think there is any version of Sage currently available for Windows in 32-bit.

Over the years several people have managed to build from source in Cygwin32, but I don't think it has been the case for a long time.
