Can't post karma insufficient to publish links

Hi,

I'm trying to ask a question, however:

'Could not post, because your karma is insufficient to publish links'

This surprises me as there are no links in my question afaik.

Actually, there is a link in your post at the line:

Changelog: https://github.com/npm/cli/releases/tag/v6.7.0
