Riemann map between two different domains

Sage has the RiemannMap functions which allow you to plot the Riemann map from a circle to a domain. Is there a way to compose two of these to plot the Riemann map between two different arbitrary domains?

If you have two RiemannMap objects A and B, then at least you have easy access to the point-wise map via composing one with the inverse of the other:

BtoA = lambda(z): B.riemann_map(A.inverse_riemann_map(z))

be careful, though: the computation of these maps only seem to have a few digits of precision, so you'll quickly see numerical artifacts.
