Is there an easy video tutorial (or textual) to easily learn using Sage LaTex in order to write a mathematical text?

You should try and compile, read and play around with $SAGE_ROOT/share/texmf/tex/latex/sagetex/example.tex
(a nice set of toy examples) ; this, interacting with your perusing of $SAGE_ROOT/share/texmf/tex/latex/sagetex/sagetex.tex, will help you grok how this works. But the real understanding will come from you building your example.

A bit of googling show some non-default examples :

Thx x answ, bt plse explain in current english (x italians!) "xose source is supposedly available", "xose"?? and where source can be available. Also, what it means "dollar" and "dollar SAGE_ROOT...tex in there. Are those browser links or something to be put in sage prompt?

"xose" is a typo for "whose". https://arxiv.org/e-print/1407.0039 is a link to a tar file containing the source.

$SAGE_ROOT is the top directory in a Sage installation, so if you download a Sage binary, or download and build from the Sage source code, those files will be present.
