Alex Brown and Eknath Ghate implemented Endohecke. The links are here:

MAGMA is not good..showing run time error..do you know how to implement the command: Chi28 := FullDirichletGroup(28); chi := Chi28.1*Chi28.2; Chi28; M28chi := CuspidalSubspace( ModularSymbols(chi, 2, 1)); M28chi; A := ModularAbelianVariety(M28chi); BrauerClass(M28chi);

This sounds like it would be interesting to have in Sage.

The page http://abrown.ca/hecke/ has Alex Brown's version of Hecke, and Alex Brown and Eknath Ghate's EndoHecke.

For the revised Hecke, the updated source code is provided but it would be even better to have a public repository with the history of changes.

For EndoHecke, the page seems to only have a binary executable for Windows. I don't see the source code.
