Obtaining the phase spectrum with continuous wavelet transform

Good day everyone , can anyone suggest a formula or algorithm for obtaining the phase spectrum from signal(seismic trace in this case) through CWT or other spectral decomposition method.

Hello, how is this question related to sage? What is CWT? The spectral decomposition is applied to which operator given how in explicit code? How to input the seismic trace?

I'm afraid this is not the right place to ask, sage is a computer algebra system, it performs structural operations supporting all mathematical branches.
