how do I report bugs building sage?

I do not know how to report build failures. Both the apt-get and make from source have same failure Also, do not know how to retrieve the archive of v7.3, which did build correctly.

The canonical place is the sage-devel Google group.

Old files up to 6.10 may be found here and I thought someone had gotten the rest back up there, but apparently not yet?
