I've been running sage on a macbook air for some time now but it has stopped working. On launch it does not open the tab listing my worksheets. The problem used to be intermittent and self-correcting but now it seems to be permanent. My version of Sage is 5.12-OSX-64bit-10.8. On second thoughts I suspect the problem has got to do with my most recent update of OSX. Any help greatly appreciated as I would like to back up my worksheets before upgrading.

Thanks gabriel

This sort of error indicates that indeed your upgrade of the Mac system has changed some libraries. You can either compile from scratch or download a new Sage binary for your version of OS X; your notebooks should still work and be in the same location then.
