Reference request for group theory commands

I feel fairly stupid for asking this but where is the list of commands for group theory in sage? For instance, I would like to know how to find the number of fixed points of a given permutation.

I tried to google it but all I come across are various introductory tutorials and none of them seem to be complete documentations. I am sure I am missing something simple...

You can have a look to the reference manual, which contains a chapter Groups. More precisely for your question, there is a specific part Permutation groups. Note that there is also in the Combinatorics part of Sage a specific class for Permutations. I do not know well these parts of Sage, thus I am unable to tell you the differences and/or links between the two.

There is also a thematic tutorial on groups you may find useful, though it is aimed at undergraduate US abstract algebra courses.
