How to upgrade sage for windows?
I am running sage on a lab computer using an old virtualbox image, but I would like to upgrade to the newest version while keeping my worksheets. Does anyone know how to do this? I presume that if I import a new virtualbox image, it will have its own empty notebook directory. Ideally, I would like to update the old image, while keeping everything else the same.
Can you simply compile a new Sage on the Linux image in VirtualBox? Yes, I think that a new image would be, well, new - so you'd have to download and upload all worksheets.
