collaborate
Today, I introduced my 30 calculus students to sagemath cloud. They each created an account and then project. I asked them all to list me as a collaborator. For most, this was no problem, but for 3-5 of them, what happened was: they typed in my name. The computer "found me" and my name appeared in the space below. But when they clicked on it (i.e. to select me from the list of one that had appeared) my name disappeared from their screen. They could start over but the exact same thing happened several times in a row.
So far, my only answer to my students is to try again later. What else can could I try?

Thank you for your bug report. We've never had any reports like this before, and I have no idea what caused the problem.
