Interrupt command without quitting sage?

I am using sage from the terminal (on Mac OS X), and I would like to be able to interrupt the execution of a command without quitting sage. Is there a keyboard shortcut (or any way at all of doing this)?

Ctrl+C should do the job.

You can try Crtl+C pr Apple+C.
