What has happened to the Sage Cell Server?
Every time I try access the Cell Server my browser says "Problem Loading Page". I use the Cell Server a lot and am missing it.

Can you give us more details on your (approximate) physical location, and how long this has been happening? There have been some moves in terms of the hosting of Sage cell. Works for me in Eastern USA.
Both http://aleph.sagemath.org/ and https://sagecell.sagemath.org/ work for me, in France.
Sorry for not replying earlier. I am in Newcastle, Australia, (on the east coast just north of Sydney). I am still having trouble accessing the site (https://sagecell.sagemath.org/)
What OS, what version of the OS, what browser, what version of the browser? Are you allowing javascript or do you have something blocking it? Are you behind some firewall? Can you sometimes access the site and sometimes not, or can you never access it. Do you have particularly slow internet? Are you using a university network or are you connecting from home? Are you over a wifi? Do you have similar problems with other websites? I would suggest adding the information in the question itself.
It seems to be a DNS problem?
