  • I registered for cloud.sagemath.com, created a test project and created a Sage notebook. It took one second to load and I was able to start typing.

  • I then created an IPython notebook and I read Opening... for a long time. Finally, I get the error message Failed to start -- unable to connect to remote server on the top right of the screen.

  • I tried it with Firefox and Chromium (both from a Linux machine).

What did I do wrong? How can I get a more detailed error message?

Hi,

This is entirely our end due to some major issues migrating SageMathCloud entirely from UW to Google Compute Engine. Don't hesitate to write to help@sagemath.com at any time with specific questions. INCLUDE A LINK TO YOUR PROJECT IN THE EMAIL!
