Is there a website that can work out Shapley values for inputted numbers for me? I have found many pages of explanations and examples, but I want to put in my own values/characteristic functions...

Sage has support for game theory, including computing Shapley values, see the game theory documentation.

You can use Sage online using the Sage cell server at sagecell.sagemath.org or aleph.sagemath.org, or using SageMathCloud.

I have programmed such a website, at http://shapleyvalue.com/, which calculates the Shapley solution for up to 7 participants.

On the one hand, sometimes the best thing would be to make the effort of writing the program yourself. On the other hand, sometimes trivial inconveniences might be enough to nudge you away from using this more complex, but also very useful tool, so I think that having access to a quick calculator is also valuable.
