Vim block select
If I run vim inside a terminal inside the SMC, how do I go into block select mode? The usual keyboard sequence (Ctrl-V) is captured by the browser.
Inside an SSH session this is of course not a problem.
Is there a way to pass Ctrl-V on to the Vim session?
