Sage Notebook vs. Sage Cloud

What is the difference between Sage Notebook and SageCloud? And can anybody give me a link or sugestion how SageCloud works (Where is the server? e.t.c)?

For SMC (Sage Cloud), have a look at http://sagemath.blogspot.co.uk/2014/0...

Sage Notebook (server), on the other hand, is something that is a part of Sage itself, and can be installed and used by anyone. There are few "open" sagenb servers around running, but they are mostly not really working any more, or not accepting new users.
