Sage does not simplify trigonometric expresion

Hello,

the sage does not simplify the expression

a(phi) = (1 - cos(phi)) / sin(phi)

to tan(phi/2)

what wolfram alpha does...

is this a bug or a feature??

You can go the other way around, I think, but not this way. Somewhat surprisingly, Maxima doesn't even seem to support this. But I would be happy to be shown wrong.
