Is it possible to access my old account?
Hi. I am new to cloud sage. I was using Sage off and on up until a year ago, and had some lengthy project files. But, I seem to have lost access to that old account. Is there anyway to recover the projects?
Did you write an email to William Stein with as much information as you could? I am not sure about how much information you have about your account: depending on this, this strategy might work or fail. :-)
Usually people who ask this question are confused by sagenb versus SMC. That said, if files are missing from a project, and you last used your project a year ago, you're definitely out of luck. SMC was very unstable during the first few months (it launched less than 1.5 years ago, by the way).
