I believe what you are asking is whether code referred to in papers which is available (or was) in public notebook servers will still be available. The current answer is apparently, "No, due to security reasons, and eventually the sagenb.org servers will be taken offline."

However, that does raise the issue of what happens to papers that say their code is publicly available.

(I don't necessarily agree with that assessment, but for that not to happen we would need a qualified and trusted volunteer as well to administer things and deal with security issues, and so far there exists no such individual, nor is there likely to.)

An archive of all public ".sws" worksheets from sagenb.org, converted in the form of ".sagews" documents, has been made available on the CoCalc share server.

The sws -> sagews conversion might not be perfect each time, but at least allows to recover the worksheets in some form.

The same work remains to be done for sws worksheets from nt.sagenb.org though!
