I'm using Ubuntu 12.04. After automatic system update the sagemath-upstream-binary vanishes and does not possible to install from ppa. (v 6.1.1)

I think the PPA provider may be on vacation? Can you try an older PPA? (There should be one for 5.13 or 5.12.)

The PPA for Sage 6.1.1 is now ready thanks to Jan Groenewald, see this post on the sage-release mailing list.

So, it is not true

It is a regular error in marriage of Ubuntu and Sage. It is very unpleasant, because Ubuntu and its forks are the far common linux distros. I'm very upset, because this problem causes in addition a failure in source repository.
