structure.coerce_exceptions.CoercionException: No common base

I try GF(3),each extension shoud be homomorphism.why pushout and pushout lattice have no result?

could you formulate a complete question? Moreover, provide the code that does not work for you and not a link to a worksheet which is 100+ lines long...
