Segregation of disorder and endophenotype
Dear all
I wish to model the segregation of a binary phenotype along with the segregation of a continious meassure in the same model (co segregation). Can SAGE do this? or do i need to use another program, i cant seem to find any documentation on this.

Hi! My sense is that perhaps if you gave us a little more details of the mathematical questions involved, we could help more. Is this a standard statistical test, a visualization of data issue, a graph/tree question... ? In principle, this is doable, but we don't have a lot of geneticists giving us feedback (yet) on how they use Sage.
Also, Sage does anything Python does, so if people have been using Numpy or Scipy to do this, it can be done from within Sage.
