sage: var( 'x,y' );
sage: solve( 2*x + 4*y == 0, x ) # solve in x
[x == -2*y]
sage: solve( 2*x + 4*y == 0, y ) # solve in y
[y == -1/2*x]Tue, 25 Apr 2017 20:19:42 +0200https://ask.sagemath.org/question/37421/linear-equation/?comment=37427#post-id-37427
