Someone would have the kindness to tell me how I can get the prompt **sage:**
I ambition, But I know I place the bar very high, not sure my little brain could reach that goal ! :-) to be able to add 1 + 1 on sage before the end of the day,
Like in the tutorial. I've been searching for half an hour.
I'm using VM sage-7.6.ova on VirtualBox.

and I used to left the terminal window before the prompt get in the terminal !
I admit I was a bit impatient...Tue, 04 Apr 2017 09:03:28 +0200https://ask.sagemath.org/question/37151/atempt-to-do-an-addition-with-sage/?answer=37159#post-id-37159Comment by kcrisman for
In fact it works, One has to be patient.

Yes, it does take a while to first start up because there are so many bits of mathematical goodness inside of Sage that are loading into your virtual machine's memory :-)Tue, 04 Apr 2017 13:51:18 +0200https://ask.sagemath.org/question/37151/atempt-to-do-an-addition-with-sage/?comment=37164#post-id-37164Comment by slelievre for
In fact it works, One has to be patient.
