Running sage -pip install 0xf0f-codenode works without issue on my machine (Ubuntu 22.04).
If you're on Windows with Sage installed in WSL2 (as per the modern installation guide), you can run the same command in the WSL terminal.
If you're on an older version of Sage on Windows, you can run the same command e.g. in the SageMath Shell.
