There has not been a release of the Sage-Windows installer for SageMath 9.4 yet.
The one for SageMath 9.3 and the initial one for SageMath 9.2 have problems on some computers; if you experience such problems, use "SageMath 9.2 (Windows installer 0.6.2)".
