There are "bitsets" in Sage: https://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/reference/data_structures/sage/data_structures/bitset.html. But read the warning at the top of that page. It should also be possible to install bitarray in Sage, depending on what your Sage installation is like. Is it your own personal copy, or installed by a system administrator, or what? What OS?
