I am not sure hw to hack around sagecell server to load a function from another cell, but you can ask sagecell to load a function from a remote text (.py or .sage) file available on the web (e.g. on your wepbage or on a pastebin, see the following existing answer for more details: https://ask.sagemath.org/question/39295/how-can-sagecell-read-text-file-from-url/
