Apparently, there will be a VirtualBox file (ova) for SageMath 7.6, which should be released within a few days. Even better, for the next version of SageMath (8.0), there will be some native Windows installer. A preliminary version of this installer already exists, but only for SageMath 7.4; you can test it from https://github.com/embray/sage-windows/releases/
