So, I actually upgraded PARI/GP to 2.7.6 (I had 2.7.5), I installed gp2c as you said (though I don't think it makes a major change), and now it seems to work with pari(factorial(big number)), that's the new tip I found to make it work.

However, it still doesn't work with

%gp

command from pari/gp

I'll soon upgrade to SAGE 7.3, I'll see if it fixes this problem.
