Do you mean on ask.sagemath? I'm not sure it's possible (by the user) - see the responses to http://askbot.org/en/question/7827/delete-user-from-askbot/

In principle, the admins can do this, but I don't see an obvious place on the panel to delete a user. (We can block a user, of course.)
