If you are using SageMathCloud at cloud.sagemath.com, then you don't have network access from your project. You can request network access by emailing William Stein and giving your project id, and declaring that you need this web access for good reasons (doing research etc.) and will not abuse resources (no spamming, no mining bitcoins etc.).
