My favorite is using the Sage cell server to embed stuff in ordinary HTML pages. There are various examples of this around the web. Here are a few:
I wrote a text for my number theory class using this, in fact, and there are other online texts out there about it. So I think it's quite flexible. I'm sure others will have other favorite ways, though. Have fun!
