I believe this can be easily computed with Macaulay-2, as documented here: http://www.math.uiuc.edu/Macaulay2/doc/Macaulay2-1.4/share/doc/Macaulay2/IntegralClosure/html/ (BTW, this is yet another reason to integrate Sage with Macaulay by default, not only as a optional package.)
