When you are in the old sage,

1. go to "Home"
2. then check the checkbox to the left of "Active Worksheets".
3. Then click on "Download" and save the zip file on your hard drive.
4. Go to the new vm and click on upload
5. Provide it the zip file. Once uploaded all your old worksheets should be there.

Check that all your worksheets are there. Now, you can delete the old vm.

When you are in the old sage,

1. go to "Home"
2. then check the checkbox to the left of "Active Worksheets".
3. Then click on "Download" and save the zip file on your hard drive.
4. Go to the new vm vm, go to "Home", and click on upload
5. Provide it the zip file. Once uploaded all your old worksheets should be there.

Check that all your worksheets are there. Now, you can delete the old vm.
