You could put it in the file section of the dock and it should work. If you want to add it to the application section then I think you have to create a little automator application or similar.

I'm curious though why you want to do this. Is it so that clicking on the dock icon will launch another terminal session? I have thought of adding this feature to the application but haven't done so yet.
