I would like to preface that I'm a beginner in computers and programming. To whomever helps, thank you for being patient with me.

I went to get my mac (2023 M2 laptop) fixed for an audio problem. They ran a diagnostic test and all was good. Afterwords, Sage couldn't connect to localhost on any browser. I checked proxy settings etc and nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled Sage. Now it can open all of jupyter lab, notebook v7, and classic jupyter (notebook v7 is the only one that looks different), but the files I had previously have terminals that will not run because of certain math commands (such as R. = LaurentSeriesRing(ZZ) etc...). It may also be relevant that when I type "sage -n" into the terminal it does not recommend command "sage".

Can anyone help me with this problem? I am not the most tech savvy mind you, but I'll do my best to fix the issue.
