I want to apply the class here, but I can't handle it.
I looked at embedded_sagecell.js, but I don't know how.

You have to provide more information. What are you trying to accomplish?
This is too much related to css, javascript in a very special situation, that we cannot reconstruct here, for some purpose that is not really in the focus of sagemath. Yes, using sage inside a notebook and getting errors may be a sage issue, but in this case a lot of data has to be reported to solve it. (Which is the operating system, which code reconstructs this button, what is the input, what is expected, what is not working...?) This comment is already longer as the question.
