Why commands are invisible in SageMath Console?
I tried to input the command factor(25) in SageMath 8.9 Console. The symbols factor' (similarlymatrix' etc) are not reproduced on the screen, I see only (25) and then 5^2. It is very inconvenient not to see what you type. I try Sage for the first time and have not found a way to fix this very strange behavior. What should be done to reproduce inputs normally ?
Maybe Sage's default colors (text, background, etc.) are not working with your terminal settings? If you use the mouse to select text on the screen, can you read it then? If this is the case, it should be fixable.
