This ticket https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/22251 closed now. that means it is fixed. How can I start using the method that has been fixed in this ticket? Thanks for your valuable timing.
You can also always start using the methods in it by using a source distribution and "pulling" the "branch" associated with the ticket before it is in a beta, though there are some subtleties with upgrading then. See the developer guide.
As you can see, the current status is positive_review, which means that it is accepted for inclusion. Once it will be merged, the status will be closed ... (fixed) and you will be get it in the next beta release.
